On Saturday, May 21, 2016 I participated in the Supervisor Pete Candland's Walk Across Prince William event to benefit Prince William charities. I collected food to benefit the BARN shelter in Bristow then joined Pete, DJ and others for the last 6 miles of the walk (the easy part- it barely rained). Thanks to all who gave food to BARN and others! Supervisor Candland says there were a record number of donations this year.
