Why I want to be a Director of Soil & Water

I have volunteered with the Prince William Soil and Water Conservation District (the District) for over six years. For the last two years I have served as an appointed Director and Treasurer of the District. The mission of the District is to provide leadership in the conservation of soil, water, and related resources to all Prince William County through technical assistance, information and educational programs. This mission has been an excellent way to express my own personal commitment to public service and to use my knowledge of water and the environment as a chemical engineer and my experience with land use and redevelopment as a former banker.
