My campaign was successful! With 100% of the precincts reporting in the race for the three director postions(four year terms): Elizabeth H. Ward 33,020 votes, Sandra D. “Queenie” McLean 27,232 votes and John B. Price 25,069 votes were the winning candidates. The other three candidates received fewer votes. Since there were slightly more than 66,600 voters, that means that almost half of the voters included me as one of the Director choices on the ballot. I am honored to have been elected by the citizens of Prince William County and pleased I will continue to serve our community with my esteemed colleagues (PaigeThacker and Jim Gehlsen) as well as our committed staff and devoted volunteers.
